    Executive Direction is a joke. Nothing but politics and wasted time. Employees are not actually valued but don't worry they volition "tell y'all that you are". This company needs a major revamp and a management staff that actual connects with their employees. There is a massive disconnect between the employees and the shop floor. The culture is "big brother" is always watching and if y'all are into that and then this is the place for you. You won't be trusted unless you are in "the click".

    -Overall, the vast majority of the employees below direction level exercise their best and are great to work with. -Has some of the best people I've e'er worked with and a great sense of comradery. -Lots to learn if y'all're willing to go the extra mile and push past resistance. -Fair starting wages.

    -Almost all of management is unqualified for their office and as a result, are unfit to be in whatsoever management at all. Almost of them have picayune to no relevant experience and it conspicuously shows in all of the poor decisions they make. -Management does non have their subordinates best involvement in heed and but intendance near how they are viewed by the residuum of management. -Well-nigh of the organization is not receptive to change; making improvements is almost impossible if it requires adapting processes or opinions. -Seniority trumps common sense and as a result, poor business decisions are constantly forced upon anybody and good ideas are ignored. -Work culture is beyond poor; the environment is very toxic, "old-fashioned" in all the wrong ways and is not respectful of employees. -Morale is incredibly low and everyone feels taken advantage of. -Constant in-fighting between department "leadership" ways that coordination and common goals are non existent. -Everything bad that happens must be blamed on someone and no fault goes unpunished. At the same time, everyone wants to shift arraign and their is no accountability when their should be due to fearfulness of the repercussions. -Treats employees like children past carefully watching when people come and get, lunch breaks, time away from desk, what you are doing at your desk, what your desk-bound looks like, etc. and using it confronting yous.
